BANANA MUFFINS
YOU NEED
- 2 very ripe bananas
- 1 cup gluten-free rolled oats
- ¼ cup Julie’s Real Coconut Vanilla Bean Cashew Butter
- 1 tsp baking powder
- pinch of salt
- vanilla extract
Directions:
Blend all ingredients until smooth in a food processor. Pour into prepared baking tins and bake at 350 for 8-10 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
