Butterscotch Baked Oats

YOU NEED

  • 1 tbsp Julie's Real Cashew Butter
  • 1/2 mashed banana
  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup almond milk
  • 1/2 tbsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp coconut sugar
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • Butterscotch Chips for topping (you pick how many!)

Directions:

1. Preheat oven to 350
2. Add all of the ingredients to a bowl
3. Coat an oven safe dish or ramekin with olive oil spray and pour the mixture in
4. Bake for 25-30 mins and ENJOY
