Cashew Butter Banana Bread
YOU NEED
- 2 ripe bananas (mashed)
- 1 tbsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup almond milk
- 1/2 cup Julie’s Real Coconut Vanilla Bean Cashew Butter
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 cup almond flour
- 1/2 cup oat flour
- Optional: 2 chocolate bark bars (chopped)
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350F and spray/line a 9 x 5 loaf pan. Use a mixer to combine the wet ingredients, then mix in the dry ingredients. Fold in the chopped chocolate, pour in pan and bake for 30 minutes. Let it cool for at least 5 minutes before cutting!
