Fudgy Almond Butter Banana Brownies

YOU NEED

  • 2 ripe bananas (mashed)
  • 1/4 cup Julie’s Real Cacao Espresso Almond Butter
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 cup agave, honey or pure maple syrup
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1/4 cup cacao powder
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • dash of pink salt
  • 1/4 cup dark chocolate chips

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350F and spray/line an 8 x 8 pan. In a large bowl, whisk together the wet ingredients, then whisk in the dry ingredients. Stir in the chocolate chips, pour batter into the 8 x 8 pan and bake for 25-30 minutes! (Allow the brownies to cool in the pan for at least 5 minutes—trust me on this one!) E N J O Y!
