Paleo Pumpkin Pie Mug Cake
YOU NEED
- 1/2 cup pumpkin puree
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup almond milk
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 tsp vanilla, or 1 vanilla bean, scraped
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
- 2 tbsp coconut flour
- 1 scoop Julie’s Real Cinnamon Vanilla Bean Cashew Butter
- Julie’s Real Cinnamon Vanilla Bean Grain-Free Granola
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together in a small bowl, except granola. Transfer mixture to one large mug, or two small mugs, and microwave for 3 minutes. Let cool and top with Julie’s Real Cinnamon Vanilla Bean Grain-Free Granola!
