Paleo Salted Brownie Caramel Skillet
YOU NEED
BROWNIE INGREDIENTS:
- 1 pack Julie's Real Paleo Dark Chocolate Brownie Mix
- 2/3 cup Julie's Real Almond Butter
- 1 egg (or vegan egg replacer)
- 1/4 cup melted coconut oil
- 1/2 cup almond milk
- 1/3 cup paleo chocolate chips
SALTED CARAMEL SAUCE INGREDIENTS:
- 1/2 cup Julie's Real Classic Cashew Butter
- 1/2 cup almond milk
- 1/2 cup soaked + pitted medjool dates
- 1/2 tsp Himalayan salt
Directions:
BROWNIE:
1. Mix wet and dry ingredients separately, then mix them together
2. Pour batter into a medium sized skillet and bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes
SALTED CARAMEL SAUCE:
1. In a small food processor, blend the dates and almond milk until smooth. Then blend in the cashew butter and salt
2. When the brownie is done, let it cool for a while before serving with some ice cream and the salted caramel sauce, enjoy!
