Grilled Cacao Espresso Almond Butter with Paleo Strawberry Jam and Bananas
- Julie’s Real Cacao Espresso Almond Butter
- Gluten-Free or Paleo bread
- Frozen strawberries
Cook frozen strawberries on stovetop in a small pot for approximately 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally, allowing the strawberries to reduce and become thick. Let cool. Spray skillet with coconut oil spray, or spread a thin layer of coconut oil on each slice of bread. Spread almond butter on one slice of bread. Layer Paleo jam and banana slices on almond butter and top with one more slice of bread. Cook in heated skillet on each side until golden brown.
