Raw Cookie Dough Bites

YOU NEED

INGREDIENTS:
  • 1/2 cup Julie's Real Coconut Vanilla Bean Cashew Butter
  • 1/2 cup maple syrup
  • 1 cup oat flour
  • 1 handful mini chocolate chips
  • 1 scoop vanilla collagen or protein powder (optional)
  • 1 spoonful beet root powder (also optional - use it for color and nutrition - you won't taste it!)

Directions:

1. Heat maple syrup on medium/high until it begins to bubble - remove from heat, then whisk in the nut butter

2. Pour into a bowl with the oat flour, beet root powder, collagen/protein powder - mix until combined

3. Let the dough chill in the fridge for 30 minutes, then add mini chocolate chips

4. Press the chilled dough into a lined loaf pan

5. Carefully remove the dough. Using a knife, cut it into squares. Store in the fridge or freezer

6. Enjoy!
