YOU NEED
INGREDIENTS:
Short Bread Layer:
Short Bread Layer:
- ¼ cup coconut flour
- ¼ cup almond flour
- 1/8 cup coconut oil
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
Caramel Layer:
- 1/3 cup maple syrup
- ¼ cup Julie’s Real Almond Butter
Chocolate:
- 1/3 cup dark chocolate chips
Directions:
Shortbread Layer:
- Combine ingredients to form 5-8 cookies
- Bake on parchment paper at 350 until edges are golden brown (about 7-8 minutes)
- Cool completely
Caramel Layer:
- Melt ingredients in saucepan over medium-low heat until caramel forms
- Once slightly cooled, spoon onto “cooled” cookies and place in freezer to harden
Chocolate:
- Melt chocolate
- Once cookies are cool, spoon chocolate and refrigerate until hardened
