ALL YOU NEED

- 2 ripe bananas (mashed)
- 1 tbsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup almond milk
- 1/2 cup Julie’s Real Coconut Vanilla Bean Cashew Butter
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 cup almond flour
- 1/2 cup oat flour
- Optional: 2 chocolate bark bars (chopped)

- Short Bread Layer:
- ¼ cup coconut flour
- ¼ cup almond flour
- 1/8 cup coconut oil
- 1 tbsp syrup
- Caramel Layer:
- 1/3 cup maple syrup
- 1/4 cup Julie’s Real Almond Butter
- Chocolate:
- 1/3 cup dark chocolate chips
- Short Bread Layer:

DIRECTIONS

Shortbread Layer:
- Combine ingredients to form 5-8 cookies
- Bake on parchment paper at 350 until edges are golden brown (about 7-8 minutes)
- Cool completely

Caramel Layer:
- Melt ingredients in saucepan over medium-low heat until caramel forms
- Once slightly cooled, spoon onto “cooled” cookies and place in freezer to harden

Chocolate:
- Melt chocolate
- Once cookies are cool, spoon chocolate and refrigerate until hardened😍

Shortbread Layer:
ALL YOU NEED

- 2 ripe bananas (mashed)
- 1 tbsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup almond milk
- 1/2 cup Julie’s Real Coconut Vanilla Bean Cashew Butter
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 cup almond flour
- 1/2 cup oat flour
- Optional: 2 chocolate bark bars (chopped)
DIRECTIONS

- Preheat oven to 350F
- Spray/line a 9 x 5 loaf pan.
- Use a mixer to combine the wet ingredients, then mix in the dry ingredients.
- Fold in the chopped chocolate,
- Pour in pan and bake for 30 minutes.
- Let it cool for at least 5 minutes before cutting! 😍
