Cashew Butter Frosted Muffins

YOU NEED

INGREDIENTS:
  • Julie's Real Coconut Vanilla Bean Cashew Butter (the frosting!)
  • 1 and 1/2 ripe bananas
  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1 egg
  • 1 scoop strawberry protein powder (or your choice!)
  • 1 tbsp ground flax
  • 1 tbsp peanut powder (optional)
  • 3 tbsp almond milk
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1 capful almond extract (or vanilla extract)
  • Pinch of cinnamon to taste

Directions:

1. Preheat oven to 350

2. Grease a muffin pan with coconut oil (or oil/butter of choice)

3. In a blender, combine ALL of the ingredients (except for the frosting)

4. Pour blended ingredients into the muffin pan and bake for ~15 minutes at 350

5. Remove from the oven, cool for a few minutes, add Julie's Real Coconut Vanilla Bean Cashew Butter on top for frosting

6. Enjoy!
