Monster Cookie Protein Balls
YOU NEED
INGREDIENTS:
- 1/2 cup Julie's Real Cashew Butter
- 1/2 cup Julie's Real Almond Butter
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
- 1.5 cup rolled oats
- 1/4 cup mixed chocolate chips and M&M's (colors of choice!)
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients (except M&M's and chocolate chips) into a bowl and mix well
2. Fold in chocolate chips and M&M's
3. Use a small cookie scoop and roll into balls
4. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator and enjoy! Makes about 20 balls at around 100 calories and 4g of protein per ball
