Blueberry Banana Baked Oatmeal

YOU NEED

INGREDIENTS:
  • Julie's Real Almond Butter (for the topping!)
  • 1/2 cup oats
  • 3/4 of a banana
  • 3/4-1 cup of almond milk (or water)
  • 1 tbsp flax + cinnamon + vanilla (combined)
  • Handful of frozen blueberries
  • Small amount of coconut oil (to coat baking dish)

Directions:

1. Mix oats, banana, almond milk (or water), and mixture of flax, cinnamon, and vanilla

2. Pour mixture into a baking dish coated with coconut oil

3. Add frozen blueberries and extra banana slices on top

4. Bake at 350 for 30-35 minutes (longer for larger batches)

5. Add Julie's Real Almond Butter on top and enjoy!
