Caramel Vanilla Carrot Cake

YOU NEED

CAKE:
FROSTING:
  • 3/4 cup greek yogurt
  • 1 scoop vanilla collagen (from Ancient Nutrition)
  • 1/2 scoop salted caramel protein (from Ancient Nutrition)
  • 2 tbsp nut butter (try Julie's Real!)
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla powder

Directions:

1. Thoroughly combine Cake ingredients and bake in a small loaf pan at 375 for 10 minutes

2. Turn off oven, remove cake from pan and let it cool in the oven

3. Thoroughly combine Frosting ingredients and frost the cake! Top with Walnuts (optional) and let it chill in the freezer briefly. Slice and enjoy!
