Caramel Vanilla Carrot Cake
YOU NEED
CAKE:
- 1/3 cup Julie's Real Paleo Caramel Vanilla Blondie Mix
- 3 tbsp coconut flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 2 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp grated ginger
- 1 finely grated carrot (about one cup)
- 1/2 cup egg whites
- 2 tbsp apple sauce
- 1/3 cup greek yogurt
FROSTING:
- 3/4 cup greek yogurt
- 1 scoop vanilla collagen (from Ancient Nutrition)
- 1/2 scoop salted caramel protein (from Ancient Nutrition)
- 2 tbsp nut butter (try Julie's Real!)
- 1/4 tsp vanilla powder
Directions:
1. Thoroughly combine Cake ingredients and bake in a small loaf pan at 375 for 10 minutes
2. Turn off oven, remove cake from pan and let it cool in the oven
3. Thoroughly combine Frosting ingredients and frost the cake! Top with Walnuts (optional) and let it chill in the freezer briefly. Slice and enjoy!
