No Bake Cashew Butter Cookie Dough
YOU NEED:
- 1/2 cup Julie’s Real Cinnamon Vanilla Bean Cashew Butter (or your personal favorite Julie’s Real Nut Butter)
- 2 tbsp coconut flour
- 2 + 1/2 tbsp coconut sugar
- 4 tbsp plant milk
- 1 tbsp flax meal
- pinch of cinnamon
- pinch of sea salt
- 1/4 cup chocolate chips
DIRECTIONS:
1) Mix together coconut flour, coconut sugar, flax meal, cinnamon and salt.
2) Make a well in the middle of the dry ingredients and add cashew butter and plant milk.
3) Combine wet and dry ingredients gradually with a spatula.
4) When fully combined, mix in chocolate chips.
5) Refrigerate for 1-2 hours. Best enjoyed chilled!
- Keep in the refrigerator and enjoy on a spoon!
- Chocolate Lover?…After chilling, roll cookie dough into balls and coat with cacao powder!
