No Sugar Added Double Chocolate Muffins
YOU NEED
INGREDIENTS:
- 1/4 cup Julie's Real Almond Butter
- Two eggs
- Two bananas
- 1/4 cup cassava flour
- 1/4 cup chocolate collagen powder
- 1/4 cup cacao powder
- 1 tbsp baking powder
- 1 Pinch of pink salt
- Optional toppings: chocolate bark
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients
2. Evenly distribute into 9-10 lined muffin tins
3. Add optional toppings (chocolate bark or more Almond Butter!)
4. Bake at 350 for 15 minutes or until cooked through
5. Let cool completely before removing liners
6. Enjoy!
