2. Toss wedges in cornstarch and shake off all excess
3. Toss in cinnamon, coconut sugar, and a little salt
4. Spread onto a lined baking sheet (optional drizzle of coconut oil)
5. Bake at 400 for about 15 minutes, flip, and bake for another 10-15 minutes until nice and crispy on the outside
6. Load up a plate, drizzle with Almond Butter (option to add drizzle of maple syrup too) and option to add hemp hearts and granola!
