Coffee Crunch Energy Bites
YOU NEED
INGREDIENTS:
- 1/2 cup Julie's Real Cinnamon Vanilla Bean Almond Butter
- 1 cup oats
- 1 cup walnuts
- 2 Four Sigmatic lion's mane & chaga coffee mix packets
- 2 scoops vanilla protein
- 1/3 cup cacao powder
- 1 tbsp cacao nibs
- For coating: more cacao nibs and cacao powder
Directions:
1. Add oats and walnuts to a food processor and blend until you get a chunky flour consistency
2. Add the rest of the ingredients (except Almond Butter) and blend until combined
3. Add Almond Butter and blend until your get a dough consistency
4. Roll into balls and cover then roll balls in cacao powder and cacao nibs
5. Place in freezer to set and enjoy!
