No-bake Raw Vanilla Cheesecake Bars
YOU NEED
CRUST:
- 3 Bags of Julie's Real Cinnamon Vanilla Bean Grain-Free Granola
- 2 tbsp of melted coconut oil
FILLING:
- 2-2.5 cups of raw cashews, soaked overnight
- 3 scoops of vanilla multi-collagen protein
- 3 tbsp of melted coconut oil or coconut butter
- 1 tsp madagascar vanilla
- Mix of pink salt and cinnamon (to taste)
- 2 tbsp maple syrup (optional)
- Might need a few splashes of nut milk for mixing
CHOCOLATE:
- 1/2 cup melted chocolate chips of choice
Directions:
1. Blend crust ingredients together and press evenly into an 8x8 pan lined with parchment paper
2. Blend all filling ingredients together until smooth and pour on top of crust
3. Spread melted chocolate on top
4. Freeze for at least one hour
5. Cut into bars, store them in the fridge, enjoy!
