Paleo Banana Pecan Blondies
YOU NEED
INGREDIENTS:
- 1 package Julie’s Real Paleo Caramel Vanilla Blondie Mix
- 3/4 cup Julie's Real Almond Butter
- 1 egg (or use a flax egg for a 100% plant-based version)
- 1 banana (use this instead of 1/4 cup of melted coconut oil called for on the package)
- 1/2 cup almond milk
- chopped pecans
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Line a 9x9 baking pan with parchment paper (or use muffin containers like shown in the image)
Mash the banana in a bowl until thoroughly mixed
Mix your flax egg (if using)
Combine all wet ingredients including: mashed banana, flax egg, almond butter, and almond milk
Combine mixed wet ingredients with dry ingredients (including the chopped pecans)
Pour batter into prepared pan and bake at 350 for 20 minutes - Enjoy!
