Sautéed Apple and Sweet Potato Hash Browns

YOU NEED

  • 1 large apple, cubed
  • 2 medium sweet potatoes, peeled and cubed
  • 2 tbsp Coconut oil
  • Cinnamon
  • Sea salt
  • Julie’s Real Cinnamon Vanilla Bean Cashew Butter
  • Julie’s Real Cinnamon Vanilla Bean Grain-Free Granola

Directions:

Heat non-stick sauté pan with 1 tbsp of coconut oil over medium heat. Sauté cubed sweet potato over medium heat until pieces are soft and light golden brown. Toss with a dash of cinnamon and set aside. Sauté cubed apple in 1 tbsp coconut oil until golden brown (you can use the same sauté pan). Toss with a dash of cinnamon and mix with sautéed sweet potatoes. Transfer to a plate or bowl and drizzle with Julie’s Real Cinnamon Vanilla Bean cashew Butter and top with Julie’s Real Cinnamon Vanilla Bean Grain-Free Granola.

Pair with eggs and avocado for a sweet side to compliment a savory breakfast!
